Website Ordering Instructions
In keeping with our policy for old fashioned customer service,we do not have a shopping cart,
we do not have an automated response to your email
and we don't make you wait 48 hours before responding. We want each one of our customers to feel special and to also know availability and shipping time on their orders. So ... keeping that in mind ...
To order or pre order (we don't charge until we ship) here's what we'll need:
If you're not already on file with us - we'll need your name, address, phone and a credit card number. We are no longer accepting checks or money orders for mail order.
You can call, fax or email this information.
If you email - split your credit card number in half and send in two separate emails and we will confirm just as soon as we receive them. (Don't forget the expiration date).
Shipping
Ship costs inside the Continental US are $7.25,or FREE on immediate ship orders over $100*.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are based upon weight of the box and
will receive a $7.25 credit towards that if the order is over $100.
* We try to ship all preordered items at one time, but due to lack of storage space
we cannot hold orders more than 3 weeks and must ship if the balance of your order is not in.
*Any ONE item weighing 10 POUNDS & OVER will be a flat ship charge of $10.00 per item
due to increasing shipping rates...
Please call or email us with your requests to check availability of items and include style # if possible.
We keep at least 2 past seasons and the full line of new items on our site for reference... not all products are in stock or available.
Returns
If you need to return merchandise,please contact us within seven days after receiving your order.
We must receive the return no later than 10 days after your request.
Failure to return the item(s) within ten days or without contacting us first
will result in a 15% restocking fee. The item(s) must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition to obtain your refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for ALL (initial and returning) shipping costs on all returned items.
